The famous blue limousine on railway tracks owned by Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC), Deccan Odyssey is all set to chug on its maiden voyage for the upcoming run season beginning from 3rd march, 2012. The departure schedule for upcoming season is provided on the website of Indian luxury trains and constitutes of 13 departure dates lasting up to 17th April, 2013.
Deccan Odyssey journey spanning over 8 days and 7 nights has been meticulously crafted for those who wish to glimpse the natural and cultural treasure troves of Deccan plateau. While destinations like Goa, Ajanta &Ellora, Daulatabad and Nasik brings to fore the ancient and medieval heritage of India, a visit to Tarakarli beach resort will induce fun and beach adventure in this luxury rail tour.
A visit to all aforementioned destinations will offer you sneak peek into several World Heritage Sites, resplendent fortress, medieval temples and art and craft galore and natural treasure troves.
