Day 1: Arrival Chennai
The Beauty of South India takes off with your arrival in Chennai. You'll be received genially by our representative and escorted to the hotel where you'll be staying overnight. Complete the check-in formalities at the hotel.

Day 2: Chennai - Mahabalipuram
On day 2, set out for a sightseeing trip of Chennai city. Visit the Government Museum, National Art Gallery, Fort St. George, Kapaleeshwar Temple, Marina Beach and other.

In the afternoon, you'll be proceeding towards Mahabalipuram. Check into a hotel on reaching.

Day 3: Mahabalipuram
Take an all-day sightseeing trip of Mahabalipuram visiting myriad of temples including Rathas and Shore Temple among other splendid temples. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel in Mahabalipuram.

Day 4: Mahabalipuram - Kanchipuram - Chennai
This day, you'll be driven to Chennai visiting en route exotic temples of Kanchipuram. On reaching, check into a hotel in Chennai. Overnight in Chennai.

Day 5: Chennai - Bangalore (Bengaluru)
Today, you'll be boarding a superfast train from Chennai railway station to Bangalore.

On reaching Bangalore, check into a hotel. Relax for a while before setting out for half-day city sightseeing trip of Bangalore. The landmark sights will include Bangalore Palace, Vidhan Soudha, Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens and Cubbon Park. Overnight at Bangalore.

Day 6: Bangalore - Hassan
This day you'll be taking drive to Hassan via Shravanabelagola. Witness the monolithic statue of lord Gometsvara at Shravanabelagola. Overnight at a Hassan hotel.

Day 7: Hassan - Mysore
From Hassan start off to Belur and Halebid, the world heritage sites. Both these sites are home to storehouse of temples and monuments of sixteenth century which are best examples of Hoysala architecture and artistry.

Later resume your journey to Mysore. Overnight at a hotel in Mysore.

Day 8: Mysore
Mysore was the capital of the Wodeyars and a treasure trove of past relics which recall the glory of the yore. Today, you'll be visiting Mysore Palace, Tipu Sultan Palace, Somnathpur, St Philomena's Church and Museum. Also take an excursion to visit Chamundi Hills and Chamundeshwari Temple.

Retire to the hotel after you are done with sightseeing. Night stay is scheduled at the hotel.

Day 9: Mysore - Ooty
On day 9, you'll be hitting the road to Ooty. Check into a hotel on reaching. Ooty is one of the most breathtaking hill stations in India with acres of lush expanses of tea plantation, green glens and glades, meandering paths and mystic hills in the backdrop which will surely sweep you off your feet. Check out the local sights at Ooty.

Enjoy overnight stay at the hotel in Ooty.

Day 10: Ooty - Kochi
Today, you'll take a drive to Kochi via Coonoor. Check into a hotel on arrival. Overnight at Kochi.

Day 11: Kochi
Take a sightseeing trip of Kochi city. Kochi has a rich colonial past with a myriad of structures reminding the Colonial period. Visit the ancient Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St Francis' Church, Chinese Fishing Nets and other sights of tourist interest. In the evening, you'll enjoy to the hilt a traditional dance performance.

Day 12: Kochi - Alleppey
On day 12, you'll be driven to Alleppey, the Venice of the east. The place is famous for breathtaking backwaters. On arriving check into a houseboat. The houseboat cruises along the rustic countryside of Kerala. Overnight on board the houseboat.

Day 13: Alleppey - (Houseboat cruise)
Enjoy your journey adrift the backwaters of Kerala. The houseboat will take you to the inner hinterland of Kerala where the natural beauty is untouched by the modern-day assaults. Live the moment fully as you'll cherish the experience for a lifetime.

Overnight at houseboat.

Day 14: Alleppey - Kovalam
This day, the houseboat will drop anchors. Check out of the houseboat and head to Kovalam, one of the most exquisite beach of India. On arrival, check-in at a hotel in Kovalam. Later during the day, explore the sights and sounds of Kovalam and the exotic beach.

Day 15: Kovalam - Thiruvananthapuram Airport
The Beauty of South India tour sees its conclusion today. You'll be driven to Thiruvananthapuram airport to board a flight for onward destination or back home.
